When I met Coach Noel I worked full time at the YMCA and part time as a mortgage agent.

I used to share my mom's car when I went on appointments.

At that time I had done 3 deals over a period of 9 months.

Since taking Noel's training I average 3 deals per week. I became rep of the year with my brokerage,
and 3 years later I became a partner in the brokerage, "Real Mortgage Associates".
I am making more money than I ever have in my life and I get the satisfaction of helping alot of people along the way.
I will always be grateful for Noel's guidance and training. I got past the fear of approaching people. It totally changed everything for me. Noel has been a great coach and mentor... I now call him my friend.

Noel's class changed my life!!! I was a police officer on the force for over 10 years. I had my direct sales business on the side selling Kangen Water Devices, while training and building my team.
I was nervous about leaving the security of my career because police officers get a great pension. Noel showed me how I could retire myself way faster with a combination of increased sales and proper investment strategies. I could create my own "pension plan".

I banked equivalent to one year salary as an officer inside of 90 days, diversified my investment portfolio and I can happily say that I am RETIRED lol. My business is now in multiple countries, and I enjoy the "Work From Anywhere" lifestyle. I am living life on my terms and I'm loving it. The best part of it is that many of the people on my sales team are following my example and they are not only ranking up, they are retiring themselves from their 9-5's as well. It's an unbelievable feeling!!

I was struggling in insurance sales before I met Noel.

I had issues with belief in myself and that reflected itself in my work ethic. I had a habit of starting things and not finishing them. I'm sure that alot of people can relate. I decided to take on this coaching and play FULL OUT! It hasn't been easy but WOW what a difference a few months can make when you take control over you MINDSET. My personal best month before we met was 2 sign-ups. My average went up to is on 7 - 10 SIGNUPS per month.

Within 6 months I got promoted to manager and recently I got promoted to Director. I have 4 managers on my team and collectively have 45 associates in my group. I am a strong 6 figure income earner. This all started with Noel. My family and I will always be grateful.

Since graduating from Noel's class I ranked up in my company to what is called
"6 a".

I’ve retired from my full time job, I was inspired to
continue to educate myself more and go after my goals with a vengeance.
I tripled my police salary in the first month, I’ve never had such a good financial profile in my life and I’m living how I’ve wanted, and should have lived for the last 30 yrs!

Noel taught us to Never give up, and doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes
to obtain my dreams !

I now have structure for my days, a killer script, and thanks to the kick in the butt from Noel have mastered following up and following through. The community of Dream-A-Holics that Noel has created is extremely supportive.

I absolutely love it.
